Terms and conditions 

All memberships are on a 6 month minimum term.

We require 2 weeks notice to terminate membership after the term is finished.

Treatments are voided at the end of each week. If not used you forfeit the treatment.

You are responsible for booking your appointments and redeeming your treatments. Staff are not responsible for scheduling your appointments. 

Treatments can not be used on friends or family members.     

Gift vouchers are not valid against a membership.

Direct debits will be taken out of the nominated bank account from our members partner Pay Leader.

Loyality points cannot be redeemed on memberships. 

Memberships may be reviewed and changed by Haús of Vitality staff will notice given to members.
