Terms and Conditions

– All memberships require a minimum term of 6 months.
– A notice period of 2 weeks is needed to terminate the membership after the term concludes.
– Treatments expire at the end of each week and will be forfeited if not utilised.
– Members are responsible for booking their appointments and redeeming treatments; scheduling is not managed by our staff.
– Treatments cannot be transferred to friends or family members.
– Gift vouchers are not applicable to memberships.
– Direct debits for membership fees will be processed via our partner, Pay Leader, from the nominated bank account.
– Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for memberships.
– Membership terms are subject to review and can be updated by Haús of Vitality with notice provided to members.
