Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date — no extensions will be granted and expired vouchers will not be reissued or compensated.
All gift voucher purchases are final. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be changed to another person’s name.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at the Haús of Vitality location they were purchased from and cannot be used at any other location within the network.
Voucher balance can be used across multiple visits. If the total cost of your service exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance is payable at the time of your appointment.
Haús of Vitality is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers. Treat your voucher code as you would cash.
All appointments are subject to availability.
Standard cancellation policies apply to bookings made using a gift voucher.
