Please read the below Terms and Conditions relating to surcharges, gift voucher usage, online purchase of gift vouchers and payment options.

GIFT VOUCHER Terms and Conditions :
  • Treat gift vouchers as cash tender; Haús of Vitality does not replace lost or stolen vouchers.
  • Utilise gift vouchers within three years from the purchase date (refer to the date of issue).
  • Note that gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be used for redemption on any Haús of Vitality services, products, or promotions.
  • Failure to arrive on time or a no-show may result in forfeiting the gift voucher.
SURCHARGES FOR GROUP BOOKINGS:
  • On Sundays or public holidays, a 15% surcharge applies to the service cost for all group booking appointments.
  • Any late cancellation of a Group Booking results in forfeiting your deposit and incurring an extra fee for the grazing platter.
  • A minimum of 6 people are needed to proceed with group booking. If one client doesn’t show up, the group will still be charged for 6 people. 
  • A non- refundale deposit of $150 will be charged prior to group booking date.
IN-SALON REFUND POLICY:
  • Choose carefully; no refunds for changes of mind or incorrect selections.
  • Refunds granted within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase, following guidelines set by the office of fair trade.
  • Arrange refunds through the salon of purchase.
  • No refunds will be given on products that have been used, opened or are not in correct packaging. 
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
  • Haús of Vitality accepts various payment methods.
PRIVATE PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Upon entering Haús of Vitality, you are responsible for your private property.
  • Haús of Vitality will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to property.
  • Any personal belongings left in a treatment room and subsequently lost become your responsibility.
FIRST-TIME VISIT:
  • If new to our spa, arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for registration and relaxation.
  • Late arrivals result in shortened appointment times.
  • Turn off or silence your mobile phone upon entering for a relaxing atmosphere.

LOYALITY PROGRAM:

  • The Program is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and/or service. 
  • For every $100 spent in one transaction, you’ll receive 1 point which equals $1. 
  • The points will accumulate on your account and can be spent on your next transaction or be saved up and used towards a free treatment. 
  • Points will expire and be voided from account after one year if not used. 
  • Points cannot be redeemed on sale items, memberships or packages. 
 
MEMBERSHIPS:
  • All memberships are on a 6 month minimum term.
  • We require 2 weeks notice to terminate membership after the term is finished.
  • Treatments are voided at the end of each week. If not used you forfeit the treatment.
  • You are responsible for booking your appointments and redeeming your treatments. Staff are not responsible for scheduling your appointments. 
  • Treatments can not be used on friends or family members.     
  • Gift vouchers are not valid against a membership.
  • Direct debits will be taken out of the nominated bank account from our members partner Pay Leader.
  • Loyality points cannot be redeemed on memberships. 
  • Memberships may be reviewed and changed by Haús of Vitality staff will notice given to members.
