There’s no need to worry about bringing anything to your session. We provide all essentials, including water to keep you hydrated, a bathrobe and towels. Our facilities are equipped with showers, toilets, and makeup removal stations, ideal for preparing before a sauna or LED treatment.
Flexible Attire
No specific dress code is required at our spa. Whether you arrive in work attire, gym gear, or casual clothes, feel free to wear what’s most comfortable for you!
For Sauna, Ice or Salt Room sessions, you can wear your own swimwear or underwear. Bringing a change of clothes and enjoying a shower post-session is entirely up to you. If your Salt Room session is focused on respiratory health, there’s no need to change—fully clothed is perfectly fine.

Our Infrared sauna is equipped with multiple settings designed to address various health needs. Enhance your session by enjoying our curated playlist or ask our team to connect your Bluetooth device to enjoy your own music, meditation, or podcast.
