We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and enjoy the space before your appointment begins.

Gift vouchers are treated as cash and are the responsibility of the holder. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
All gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. We recommend using your voucher within this timeframe to receive the full benefit.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, however they can be redeemed across all Haus of Vitality services, products, and promotions.
Failure to attend your appointment or provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher.
Group appointments require advance notice for any changes or cancellations.
Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit, and any pre-arranged inclusions (such as grazing platters) may still incur charges.

If you are visiting us for the first time, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for registration and to settle into the space.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other client bookings.
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that mobile phones are silenced upon entry.
Your personal belongings remain your responsibility while on the premises.
